1994 Chevy Suburban 1500 Silverado<\/strong> – The GMT400-based Suburbans were introduced in December 1991 for the 1992 model year. The\u00a0C\/K pickup<\/a> had already switched to the newer platform in 1987 for the 1988 model year. Both 2WD and 4WD models, designated “C” and “K”, were offered, as well as half-ton and three-quarter-ton (“1500” and “2500”) models. The base engine for all variants was the\u00a0small-block 5.7 liter (350\u00a0cu\u00a0in) V8<\/a>. The\u00a0big-block 7.4\u00a0L (454\u00a0cu\u00a0in) V8<\/a> was optional for the 2500 series. The GMT400 series introduced\u00a0independent front suspension<\/a>. The 2WD models used\u00a0coil springs<\/a>\u00a0and 4WD models used\u00a0torsion bars<\/a>\u00a0in the front suspension. All models used a\u00a0live axle<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0leaf springs<\/a> in the rear. Trim options included a base-level version, the LS, and the LT. Interior seating arrangements allowed for either bucket or bench seating in the first row and optional third-row bench. The vehicle could be configured from two- to nine-passenger seating.<\/p>\n

This exceptional Suburban was purchased new here in the Houston, TX area and never left. It remains very original and came in this striking Burnt Red Metallic & Quicksilver two-tone from the factory. The original owners also “checked all the boxes” and made sure the Suburban was properly outfitted with all the power options, rear air, and third row seating. The only non-original upgrades we have noticed are a Kelsey Brake Controller and a Heavy-Duty Fan clutch (for those hot Houston summers). The exterior is exceptionally clean, the interior is pristine, and the tires are all new. Additional features and options include; 5.7L V8, Auto, RWD, A\/C, ABS Brakes, Center Console Storage, Chrome Grille, Cruise Control, Dual Climate Control (front & rear), Rubber Floormats, Luggage Rack, Owners Manual, Power Windows\/Locks\/Mirrors, 6-Way Power Seats, Rear Window Defrost, Factory AM\/FM\/Cassette, Tilt Steering, Tinted Glass, Tow Package, Owners Manual, Window Sticker, Tire Tools, Spare Tire (w\/Cover), 15″ Factory Wheels, and New Pathfinder H\/T Raised White Letter Tires! The $12,900 price is not a mistake and there is nothing wrong with this Suburban. We got a great deal on this one and we’ve priced it so you can as well.
